Resolve as a new initiative needed a manufacturing system that would control their complex Bills of Materials and assist them in stock control.Solution
In summer 2004 Resolve chose Qi Limited to upgrade their accounting system to Sage 50 Financial Controller and implement the Sage Batch Controller, manufacturing control software.Result
Since the initial installation Qi have continued to provide ongoing support for the installed software solution. Major improvements in the efficiency in stock replenishment and the production process's.
Qi have also developed a returns system that produces return labels for faulty goods and tracks status of repairs, replacements and credits. The system integrates with Sage Batch Controller and Sage 50 to update Goods Received Notes and stock levels.
