Raven Research was formed to serve the radio surveillance and secure communications market. The first products were for RF signal distribution including multicouplers and switch matrices.
The company has established a first class reputation for engineering design and service in this field. Over the years, the company has extended its product line to bring in new products and designs including antennas, 'Pusher' phased antenna array, radio direction finding, a series of amplifiers, splitters, combiners, filters and other RF products required for RF surveillance systems and countermeasures.
Background
Raven needed a manufacturing system that would cope with the design and build aspects of their business and also link with an accounts system.
Solution
Early in 2005 Raven chose Qi Limited to upgrade their Accounting and Manufacturing software to Sage 50 Manufacturing, which replaced the old Micross system.
Result
Qi assisted in data conversion from the old system and provide support for the new solution. Raven can now take advantage of a modern system using the most up to date techniques to integrate their other systems with the core Accounts and Manufacturing control systems to provide considerable business advantages..
