Harton had been using a bespoke Manufacturing and Planning system that they felt they had outgrown and also wished to move their Accounting Practices to a Computer Based system.Solution
Qi proposed Sage 50 and Sage Manufacturing to Harton Services.
During the initial roll-out of the system it became apparent that Harton could make use of a Bespoke application to track engineers' comments and warranty periods for the units sold. Qi proposed, designed and built a bespoke system that would enable Harton not only to record this information but to also identify an additional revenue stream by ensuring that users are prompted when Warranty periods are due for renewal.
